復合輕集料混凝土冬季施工方案
如果氣溫不會低于零度(澆筑后一周以上期間),做好混凝土保溫即可。如果在負溫下(溫度低于零下5°C)環境澆筑混凝土,需要注意的主要是早期混凝土防凍。
If the temperature will not be lower than zero (more than a week after pouring), do a good job of concrete insulation. If the concrete is poured in the environment of negative temperature (temperature below 5 C), it is important to pay attention to the anti-freezing of early concrete.
防凍需要從兩個方面操作:
Antifreezing needs to be operated from two aspects:
1)使用防凍劑:防凍劑可以大幅度降低拌合水的冰點,防止在塑性狀態和早期混凝土內部水分結冰膨脹。防凍劑對混凝土強度性能沒有明顯危害,但有些防凍劑含尿素,混凝土會長期釋放氨味,需要特別注意。
1) Use of antifreeze agent: antifreeze agent can greatly reduce the freezing point of mixing water, prevent water freezing expansion in plastic state and early concrete. Antifreeze agent has no obvious harm to concrete strength performance, but some antifreeze agents contain urea, concrete will release ammonia odor for a long time, which needs special attention.
2)保溫:盡可能使用膠合板、木板等具有一定保溫作用的模板,用保溫材料如棉被、草簾或泡沫保溫板等覆蓋暴露混凝土表面和包裹鋼模板,使混凝土強度較快發展。
2) insulation: as far as possible, use plywood, wood boards and other templates with a certain thermal insulation function, covering the exposed concrete surface and wrapping steel templates with thermal insulation materials such as quilts, straw curtain or foam insulation board, so that the concrete strength will develop rapidly.
冬季施工,使用早強型硅酸鹽或普通硅酸鹽水泥,因為強度發展快,水化熱相對較高。不過,只要做好保溫,什么水泥都可以使用,強度發展慢些,對防止熱應力裂縫更好。在溫度2°C環境,澆筑混凝土可以不使用防凍劑,但必須做好保溫,并且密切注意氣溫變化趨勢。如果溫度還會降低,需要加強混凝土保溫隔并且密切注意氣溫變化趨勢。如果溫度還會降低,需要加強混凝土保溫隔冷。
In winter construction, early strength Portland or ordinary Portland cement is used, because the strength develops rapidly and the hydration heat is relatively high. If the temperature will decrease, it is necessary to strengthen the insulation of concrete and pay close attention to the changing trend of temperature. If the temperature will also decrease, it is necessary to strengthen the insulation of concrete.
為了提高混凝土的出機口溫度,應優先考慮拌和水加熱,如不滿足要求才考慮骨料加熱;水泥不能直接加熱。
In order to improve the temperature of concrete outlet, mixing water heating should be given priority, and aggregate heating should be considered only if the requirement is not satisfied; cement can not be heated directly.
對拌和水加熱時,水溫不宜超過60℃,如超過60℃,應改變加料順序:將骨料與水先拌和、然后再加入水泥,以免造成水泥假凝,影響混凝土質量。
When mixing and heating water, the water temperature should not exceed 60 (?) C. If the water temperature exceeds 60 (?), the order of feeding should be changed: mixing aggregate with water first, then adding cement, so as not to cause cement false setting and affect the quality of concrete.
混凝土拌和前應用熱水或蒸汽將拌和機沖洗,拌和時間應比一般季節延長50%左右。冬季的混凝土運輸應盡可能減少轉運次數,采取一次直接運送。運輸設備要有可靠的防風措施,并盡可能加以保溫。各種運輸設備在工作結束時,必須立即用蒸汽或熱水沖洗干凈;恢復工作時要首先加熱。
Before concrete mixing, hot water or steam should be used to wash the mixer. The mixing time should be prolonged by about 50% compared with the normal season. In winter, concrete transportation should reduce the number of transshipments as much as possible and adopt a direct transportation. Transportation equipment should have reliable windproof measures and be kept as warm as possible. All kinds of transport equipment must be washed with steam or hot water at the end of work, and heated before resuming work.
冬季混凝土澆筑的防凍措施主要有蓄熱法和暖棚法。蓄熱法一般適用于氣溫在-10℃ 以上,暖棚法適用于氣溫在一10℃以下。
The freeze-proof measures of concrete pouring in winter mainly include heat storage method and greenhouse method. The heat storage method is generally applicable to the air temperature above - 10 C, and the greenhouse method is applicable to the air temperature below 110 C.
蓄熱法就是在混凝土澆筑塊的外表面用導熱性能低的材料進行保溫,熱源為預加到混凝土組成材料的熱和水泥水化熱。施工用的模板應為保溫模板,澆筑完畢的混凝土頂面,要立即用保溫材料覆蓋。蓄熱法實質上就是表面保溫法,它和混凝土壩的表面保護,在形式上是一致的;但它們的目的和要求卻是不同的。表面保護的目的是防止混凝土的表面裂縫,它要求混凝土的內表溫差不超過允許標準。蓄熱法的目的是防止混凝土的表層凍害,它要求混凝土表層溫度不低于其正常凝固硬化的溫度。
The heat storage method is to insulate the external surface of concrete blocks with materials with low thermal conductivity. The heat source is the heat of pre-added concrete materials and the heat of hydration of cement. Template used for construction should be thermal insulation formwork. The concrete top surface after pouring should be covered with thermal insulation material immediately. The heat storage method is essentially the surface insulation method, which is consistent with the surface protection of concrete dams in form, but their purposes and requirements are different. The purpose of surface protection is to prevent cracks on the surface of concrete. It requires that the temperature difference between the inner surface of concrete should not exceed the allowable standard. The purpose of regenerative method is to prevent frost damage on the surface of concrete. It requires that the surface temperature of concrete should not be lower than its normal solidification and hardening temperature.
暖棚法就是在混凝土澆筑倉位上搭設暖棚,棚內通常用蒸汽排管或暖風機供熱,使棚內溫度保持在0~5℃左右。暖棚主要由棚蓋、支承結構和保溫層的圍護結構等組成。
Warming shed method is to build a warming shed on the concrete placement warehouse. 我們通常采用的型式有三種。

①綁扎式暖棚是一種簡易暖棚。用10×10cm的預制混凝土柱作支承,高3.5~4.Om。棚蓋采用圓木現場綁扎。保溫層采用草簾、草墊及帆布等。棚頂的混凝土下料口設活動料口蓋,并用麻袋片包草墊保溫。

③裝配式暖棚,主要包括鋼桁架組合梁、定型保溫支承結構、吊裝結構及圍護結構等部分。整個棚蓋為一整體吊裝單元。其主要優點是安裝拆除方便。
(3) Assembled greenhouse, mainly including steel truss composite beam, heat preservation supporting structure, hoisting structure and enclosure structure. The whole shed cover is an integral lifting unit. Its main advantage is easy to install and dismantle.
綜上所述,混凝土冬季施工根據不同的溫度,采取不同的施工方法,使混凝土在冬季施工中,根據混凝土強度等級、結構厚度、施工季節和養護條件變化,來滿足混凝土施工質量標準
